That's what I keep saying to myself! Some day's "I'm just not feeling it" I have to tell myself "it will all pay off in the END". I do feel good. I'm stronger than I've ever been. So it's worth it. With all life's challenges this is one thing I can control and allow me to feel like "I'm really doing something worth while".
